Product Description

Our patented* Rhino Railcar Vibrator Lifter completely removes the operator from the dangers associated with inserting and removing heavy railcar vibrators and brackets from the pockets of hopper cars. While railcar vibration is extremely important for unloading railcars quickly and safely, handling the vibrator or shaker is a difficult task, as they range in weight from 65 to 165 pounds. The Rhino railcar vibrator lifter is designed with an air over hydraulic system which safely maneuvers the railcar vibrator and bracket assembly into and out of the railcar vibrator pocket with simple lever controls. In addition, the vibrator operates off of the same pneumatic line, allowing the user to simply switch air power from the Rhino’s hydraulics to the railcar vibrator, increasing both safety and productivity.

Custom designed brackets allow the lifter to be used with roller vibrators as well as piston vibrators. With most vibrator and wedge configurations ranging in weight from 65 to 165 pounds, the Rhino is a solution that provides increased productivity and safety for your employees.
