Pipe and steel marker features an X-shaped frame, dual calibrated protractor (degrees and rise) and triple-jointed marking arm and holder that accepts a soapstone crayon, felt pen or pencil. Folds to fit into a pocket or tool kit. Can be used upside down or right side up.
