The 3-Rib 911C is a cap style hard hat with a 6-point Flex-Gear ratchet suspension, designed to protect the head from falling objects and bumps into stationary objects in high heat environments. The 911C includes a suspension which drops below the nape of the head, improving retention. Connect an optional chinstrap to ensure the hat remains on the head during a slip, trip or fall event. Ideal for utilities, welding, foundries and steel mills, where exposure to high temperatures can be present. The Bullard Model 911C is a cap-style hard hat designed specifically for high heat applications. It is offered with the option of either a pinlock or ratchet suspension featuring a replaceable, padded cotton brow pad. The suspension system has six points of attachment with six separate keys for a secure fit and 1" wide crown straps for comfort.

• High Heat Exposure - Heat resistant to temperatures of 350 deg F for a period of 5 minutes

• Tested with radiant heat loads producing temperatures up to, but not exceeding, 350 deg F (150 deg C)
• Suspension sits below the "nape" portion of the user's head ensuring a secure fit and lessening the possibility of the hat falling off while working

• Large, replaceable, absorbent cotton or easy-to-clean vinyl brow pad keeps your gear clean
