The Guardian Fall Protection External Shock Pack Lanyard Safety Kit provides lightweight and sure protection for height work with its premium components, the External Shock Pack Lanyard and Velocity Harness. The single-leg lanyard in the kit is made from sturdy polyester and nylon webbing. It comes with 2 steel hooks, enabling the user to work with free hands. The lanyard is also integrated with an external shock pack that lessens arresting forces and provides more comfort to the worker. The external placement of the shock pack makes inspection easily accessible. The Velocity Harness, on the other hand, brings additional protection with its polyester and nylon straps with galvanized steel hardware. The harness is adjustable yet secure for sizes S-L, with a Pass-Through Buckle for the chest and Tongue Buckles for the legs. It is designed with Breakaway Lanyard Keepers that tuck extra legs or webbing in, lessening lifeline entanglement while working. In case of a fall, the Lanyard Keepers easily free the tucked legs and webbing, stunting the arresting force that will be inflicted on the worker.
